All items sold by Pearlita La Crochet are handmade crochet pieces.


  • Each item is carefully handcrafted, and no two pieces are exactly identical
  • Some designs may be inspired by existing styles (inspo) but are uniquely handmade
  • Due to the nature of crochet and lighting/screens, colors and details may slightly vary from images
  • These variations are not defects but part of the uniqueness of handmade items

Crochet items should be handled with care:


  • Keep away from sharp objects
  • Avoid fire or excessive heat
  • Handle gently to maintain quality and longevity



 

 


SECTION 3 – ORDERS & PRODUCTION

All orders are made-to-order unless stated otherwise.


  • Production begins within 12 hours after payment confirmation
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • By placing an order, you agree to our production timeline and process



We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.


 

SECTION 4 – NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:


  • No refunds or cancellations are allowed after 12 hours of payment confirmation
  • Once production has started, the order is considered final
  • Refunds will only be considered if:
    • The item was not delivered, or
    • There is a proven fault on our part



Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

 

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

  • Production time: Up to 14 working days
  • Delivery time: Depends on your location and shipping provider



Total fulfillment time = Production (14 working days) + Shipping time


We are not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • External factors beyond our control

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins
